Service Description
Gentle Yoga for Midlife Women is a supportive beginner-friendly class designed to help you reduce stress, improve flexibility, build strength, and reconnect with your body. Classes include gentle yoga movement, breathwork, stretching, mindfulness, and relaxation practices to support overall wellness and nervous system balance. This class is welcoming for all experience levels — especially beginners, women returning to movement, or anyone looking for a calmer, more supportive yoga experience. Class are now offfered in person at Suisun City Health Center and available live via Zoom. Date: Saturdays (biweekly) Time: 11 am

By participating in Sweet Moon Wellness yoga and wellness classes held at Suisun City Health Center and/or via Zoom, I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks.
