Sweet Moon Wellness™ is a menopause wellness practice supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with education, structure, and compassionate care.

 

We help women navigate common midlife changes—including sleep disruption, weight changes, joint pain, hot flashes, mood shifts, skin changes, bone health concerns, and nervous system overload—without pressure, extremes, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

 

Our approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition education, herbal guidance, yoga and mind-body practices, and nervous system support, designed specifically for women in midlife and beyond.

About the Founder

Meet Mandisa Fabris, CNE, RYT

Founder & CEO, Sweet Moon Wellness™

Sweet Moon Wellness™ was founded by Mandisa Fabris, a Certified Nutrition Educator (CNE), Certified Herbalist, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Certified Integrative Wellness Coach — and by a woman who has lived through the complexities of hormonal imbalance firsthand.

 

Mandisa’s path into midlife women’s health was shaped not only by formal training, but by personal experience navigating endometriosis, chronic hormonal dysregulation, and surgical menopause. Like many women, she was offered fragmented care, oversimplified solutions, or advice that ignored the reality of a changing body. What she needed — and what she couldn’t find — was care that addressed the whole system, not just isolated symptoms.

 

That gap became the foundation for Sweet Moon Wellness™.

Mandisa specializes in supporting midlife women through hormonal transitions, with advanced training in:

  • Functional and holistic nutrition from a naturopathic perspective

  • Herbal medicine for women’s health

  • Hormone-supportive yoga and mindful movement

  • Nervous system regulation and sustainable behavior change

 

Her work blends evidence-based science, traditional herbal wisdom, and yoga-informed practices with real-world compassion for women who are tired of one-size-fits-all wellness advice — and tired of being told to simply try harder.

 

Sweet Moon Wellness™ was not built to “fix” women.
It was built to support women through change — with clarity, dignity, and care — honoring the intelligence of the body and the lived experience of midlife.
