Nervous System Reset

Calm stress, improve sleep, and help your body feel safe again. Many women come to Sweet Moon Wellness feeling exhausted but unable to rest. They may be waking at 3 a.m., feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in a constant state of "go." The Regulate phase focuses on supporting your nervous system, stress response, and sleep rhythms through nutrition, mindfulness, herbal support, and restorative wellness practices. You may benefit from this phase if you: • Wake during the night • Feel tired but wired • Experience chronic stress or overwhelm • Struggle to relax or recover Outcome: Greater calm, improved sleep, and a stronger foundation for healing.

Metabolism
& Detox Reset

Support blood sugar balance, digestion, energy, and whole-body wellness. When stress becomes chronic, metabolism, digestion, and detoxification often suffer. You may notice low energy, stubborn weight gain, bloating, sugar cravings, or difficulty feeling your best. The Restore phase focuses on supporting the body's natural detoxification pathways, digestive health, and metabolic resilience.
