Hi, I’m Mandisa — and like many women I now support, I didn’t arrive here through ease. I came through the fire. After living with severe endometriosis, fibroids, infertility, and finally entering surgical menopause in my 40s, I know what it’s like to feel foggy, disconnected, and dismissed. I also know what it’s like to reclaim your rhythm — one meal, one herb, one breath at a time.
At Sweet Moon Wellness™, I blend certified nutrition and herb training, feminine wisdom, and lived experience to help you move through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause with nourishment, clarity, and a soft place to land.
